Arrived for 9am oil change 15 minutes early just to go over any issues that needed attention Advisor John M. Soriano came out, He has been the advisor on previous oil changes and states that I should have over any issues that needed attention Advisor John M. Soriano came out, He has been the advisor on previous oil changes and states that I should have used the Express Oil Change Feature (WHICH NEVER HAD TO DO ON PAST OIL CHANGES) when JUST getting a oil change.(WHICH DOES NOT EXIST ON THE WEBSITE ) It only says SERVICE which should be the same since they are doing some type of work on the vehicle, So he says since that SERVICE option was used it will add an extra 45 min. to the oil change Not sure WHY? Terrible service department. Made and appointment and it still took them 7 days to look at the vehicle. Another 7 days to fix it. It only has 43,000 miles.
