My service advisor Erik was excellent. Our Jeep needed a new computer module that wasn’t available for 30-60 days. Erik found one in Florida and had us back up and running within a week. Went to this dealership because of the location and my brother in law had told me how easy it was to purchase a truck. He was right. The salesman was very polite and patient with me and my wife. When we d brother in law had told me how easy it was to purchase a truck. He was right. The salesman was very polite and patient with me and my wife. When we decided on which vehicle we wanted we started the paper work. The financial person was great and also patient. It was late be he kept telling us to take our time to make our decision. He kept running all the numbers to get us the best deal. All said and done I am very happy with my experience at Autonation in Spring. More
