Terrible service. Oil change and when it was done the next week i received a message saying that I still needed an oil change and emails from dodge. The sticker was no Oil change and when it was done the next week i received a message saying that I still needed an oil change and emails from dodge. The sticker was not changed as well. Not even sure they really changed the oil or not. Terrible experience all around More

8 hours for an oil and fluid change and tire rotation. Ridiculous. The service tech told me the car would be washed and after 8 hours told me it would be a minimum of 1 hour to get the car washed. As a way to appease me he knocked 40 bucks off my bill. Kudos for that but 8+1 hours??? Who has time for that? The only reason I'll go back is bc of pre-purchased oil changes. Outside of that stay away from their service dept. The service dept is missing the service. More
