I flew in from Dallas to buy a truck. Chris Buryk worked for a couple of weeks to find what I was looking for. Chris and his boss and I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name. My first flight I missed the next flight would have be an hour and 45 minutes for the flight. I didn’t get to dealership until 8:30. Chris had the truck detailed and full of fuel. Both stayed after hours to get me on the road. The result was I got a much nicer truck for less than I ever imagined. This was absolutely far and away the most incredible transaction in my 60 years. I cannot express in words the stunning treatment I could have imagined. Chris was always a few steps ahead and an absolute representative of Auto Nation. I’m still amazed that they never gave up. Customer service that I haven’t seen in 30 years or more. If you have any doubts The staff at Auto Nation in Houston is truly the best in the business.
