Salesman was excellent but had a lot of trouble with the finance guy. The finance guy uses a lot of trickery and dishonesty to sale me a lot of warranties I didn’t want or need. Finance guy also caused my credit to go down some by putting 3 or 4 hard inquiries on my credit. The worse thing is they have such a small service department and are understaffed. It always takes days for them just to look at your vehicle. I bought a Lemon and so far they are not helping me at all. My truck is in there shop for the fifth time for the exact same reason and even with the technician communicating with the manufacturer they haven’t found the problem. Two of those times I had it towed to the shop. This is my first Dodge and I love the truck but it is a lemon and I haven’t trusted driving it far from home every since I bought it. I don’t trust or have faith it it so I need another truck just like it or I will be forced to get a Lemon Law Lawyer. More
SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TRASH ! !! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, TOOK MY JEEP IN THAT WAS PURCHASED DECEMBER 24,2020 WHICH HAD THE AUTO STOP START LIGHT ON, INITIALLY WANTED TO CHARGE !! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, TOOK MY JEEP IN THAT WAS PURCHASED DECEMBER 24,2020 WHICH HAD THE AUTO STOP START LIGHT ON, INITIALLY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $300 WHEN WE ONLY HAD THE VEHICLE FOR 7 DAYS. FINALLY SAID IT WAS THE BATTERIES AND SUPPOSELY CHANGE THEM. NOW HERE IT IS JULY , 7 MONTHS LATER AND THE LIGHT IS ON AGAIN. TAKE VEHICLE BACK TO SERVICE AND WAS IMMEIDATELY TOLD IT WOULD NOT BE COVERED UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY, IF I JUST PURCHASED THE JEEP 7 MONTHS AGO AND BRING IT BACK FOR THE SAME LIGHT THAT WAS ON AT PURCHASED IT SHOULD BE COVERED FOR FREE BECAUSE OF THE SAME ISSUE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FIXED ALREADY !!! AGAIN NOT TAKING OWNERSHIP FEDERICK(SERVICE GUY) SAYS HE WILL HAVE TO KEEP THE JEEP FOR ABOUT 10 DAYS AND DIDNT EVEN OFFER A RENTAL CAR FOR THE WAIT, AFTER I ASK FOR A MANAGER FEDERICK ALL OF A SUDDEN COMES UP WITH A RESEVATION FOR A RENTAL THAT HE DOESNT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE. I ALSO STATED OTHER ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED WITH THE JEEP, AND HE CONTINUES TO ADVISE ME EVERYTHING I AM REFERRING TO IS NOT COVERED !!! GO FIGURE, I GUESS HE HAS MEMORIZED THE WARRANTY MANUAL AND KNOWS THE DIAGNOSIS FOR THE JEEP BEFORE IT EVEN GOES TO THE BACK TO DIAGNOSTIC, WHILE INSISTING THAT I SIGN FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE IN THE SAME BREATH TELLING ME NOTHING IS COVERED. I SIGNED ANYWAY BECAUSE I NEED TO KNOW WHY THE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON. HE KEEPS THE CAR FOR SEVERAL DAYS WITH NO CALL OR UPDATES. I CALLED TO CHECK AND HE STATES THE TECH STILL HAS NOT CHECKED. I WAIT A COUPLE MORE DAYS AND FINALLY HE CALLS TO SAY THEY DIDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG AND THE LIGHT IS OFF AND SAYS HE FOUND THE JEEP NEEDED MOUNTS AND WAS WAITING ON PARTS AS HE ALSO BLURTS OUT YOUR WARRANTY ONLY COVERS YOU FOR A RENTAL FOR UP TO 10 DAYS. I THINK THAT IS QUITE RUDE AS I HAD MADE AN APPOINMENT PRIOR TO DROPPING THE JEEP OFF AND SHOULD NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE DAYS IT SAT IN THE BACK WAITING ON A TECH TO CHECK ON IT. BY THE VEHICLE SITTING SEVERAL DAYS WAITING ON PARTS ALSO I INCURRED AND ADDITIONAL $160 IN FEES WITH THE RENATL BECAUSE I AM EMPLOYED AND NEED A RIDE TO GET BACK AND FORTH. AND AFTER ALL THE WAIT FEDERICK(SERVICE GUY) WANTS TO CHARGE ME THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE SINCE SOMETHING ELSE WAS FIXED ON THE JEEP, NOT ACTUALLY WHAT I TOOK IT IN FOR ??? REALLY ?? DURING MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE I FELT FEDERICK WAS VERY CONDESENDING, UNFRIENDLY, AND UNTACTFUL. HIS DEMEANER DURING MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT PLEASANT NOR CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM AUTONATION SPRING AND ALSO HAVE REFFERED LOTS OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN THE PAST, BUT THIS HAS REALLY MADE ME THINK ABOUT PURCHASING FROM THERE EVERY AGAIN. More

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep in Spring, TX and went to the Bluebonnet Chrysler Jeep in New Braunfels for floor mats because New Braunfels is 2 hrs closer to us. The service mgr in Spring, TX and went to the Bluebonnet Chrysler Jeep in New Braunfels for floor mats because New Braunfels is 2 hrs closer to us. The service mgr. @ Bluebonnet noticed my jeep didn't have an engine cover like all the rest. I called Auto Nation and spoke with the salesman who sold us the jeep, I explained about the engine cover and he told me that he would look into it and call me right back. I haven't heard from him since ! Any questions ? I think this story is clear as crystal. After posting this message I spoke with the sales manager (Jose Sandoval) and Brian. Shortly after our conversation they got busy and took care of my concerns. I appreciate their help in tackling the problem, getting on it and staying on it until things got resolved. I'm back in the happy camper category. More
