Terrible telephone call handling. Generally very good 7 courteous parts and service manager staff. Some return trips to get service items properly addressed. No longer accepts checks; cash transactions difficult. This does not encourage me to return. Sales and finance staff seem to have a high turnover rate. My family has used this location since 2000. This dealership falls below the standards of the previous owners of Spring Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More
