Very nice and smooth experience, the salesman that help me, Mr. Raymon Turner, was very helpful and let me try different cars before I decide to choose a 2014 Grand Cherokee that was sitting at another Aut me, Mr. Raymon Turner, was very helpful and let me try different cars before I decide to choose a 2014 Grand Cherokee that was sitting at another Autonation Dealer. He drove with me there and we test the car and drove it back to his dealer. then the day after we sign the contract (with Mr. Willie Byrd, great man and very knowledge on the financing field) and I got my car. after a couple of days, I realized that one of the HID headlights was emitting pink light therefore was time to change the bulb. I called Ray and I bring back my car, he gives me a courtesy car and the day after I got back my GC with a new bulb installed. Nice dealer and nice salesman. More

took truck is for Oil change Tire Rotation and Alignment waited 3 1/2 hours for them to say it was ready when I checked truck over tire rotation wasn't done which means to me alignment isn't correct they wo waited 3 1/2 hours for them to say it was ready when I checked truck over tire rotation wasn't done which means to me alignment isn't correct they wouldn't recheck alignment after waiting another hour for them to rotate tires, totally dissatisfied with service they don't believe customers time is valuable either not caring how much time it takes them. for the overcharges on service fees some kind of reimbursement so be made for the unnecessary wait time.
