I worked very closely with Aaron Stoddard in the service department to insure my new purchase will be will taken care of, and have some much needed parts ordered and installed. I was assigned Aaron as my service advisor. Nice enough guy but oh my word I received terrible service. While there was a misunderstanding as to the time it would take, and they did make up for that, there was very little to absolutely no communication while they had my car. Waited hours to hear back after calling multiple times and ended up just showing up at the dealership in person so I could be helped because a call or text back was not gonna happen. Even trying to get information AFTER the fact, I haven't heard back from Aaron in almost a week after leaving multiple voicemails and sending multiple text messages via the app they provided. Really, unfortunately awful experience. More

I contacted dozens of dealers who had great deals on their website. I called multiple dealers to find out what dealer add-ons they had which weren’t listed on website listing. I got a variety of answers. Some dealers refused to discuss any pricing without me coming in. Others mentioned they had a few add ons not listed and some reportedly had none. All except one dealer was truthful in the discussion and that was AutoNation in Spring. While other dealers try to get you in the door, AutoNation wants to get you in a truck! More
