I did call yesterday and spoke with a sales manager, never got to talk to the general manager nor did he call me back like I was told. Basically I was told I can trade my truck back in for another one (but of course they won’t give me what I bought it for because of depreciation over 4 months) even though this truck has been a NIGHTMARE and worst decision my family and I have made. I was warned about purchasing from this Delarship and went ahead and did it. Now I truly regret that decision because now here I am with a truck that is continually having problems left and right Andrew basically being told to bad and everyone at this Delarship passing the puck as usual. I would highly recommend you stay away from this Delarship. Especially for used vehicles.
