After waiting over a year for my recall issue to be resolved on my HP fuel pump on my Cummins Ram, the dealership refused to honor commitmen Spring. I made it quite clear my expectation for them to stand behind their commitment to me and they chose an oil change over customer satisfaction. I will not be back, nor will I ever consider buying another vehicle from them. They got their $200 for the oil change and lost a customer forever. Funny how the passage of time about their closing an open recall issue didn't both them, but expiration of a free oil change was real important. More
