I have bought my truck here with a warranty package. I had a wheel issue covered under the warranty but after the repair was completed the car shook anytime I drove over 60 mph. I returned 5 times to fix the issue but every time I have the same issue. It is not possible to get a service member on the phone and the manager will not speak with you either. I have attempted to contact the GM but he was out of town and never called me back. The serve member also claimed the wheels were balanced but the new wheel had no weights added to it. Their team either lied or are not organized enough to know if they did or did not do the service they were tasked to do. Lastly, they have had my car for over 3 weeks total and still have not fixed the issue. I have not received a rental so I am out of pocket the cost of transportation. This dealership is very disappointing. My current rep seems positive and helpful, but they still do not fix the issues. More

Honesty is paramount in car sales. We saved and bought a 2017 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel with cash. In less than 200 miles the truck would over heat every 15 minutes of driving. After over 2 weeks it was returned allegedly fixed. It still over heated every 15 minutes (again) and the AC and heat still did not work (service found nothing wrong). The second repair cost us over $3000 because that particular part was not covered under our Gold warranty. Today, the AC and heat still do not work. Also, the dealership hid the fact that the metal latches for the tarp bed covering were broken by rolling it up front. Thee are no parts available to replace it. We will not use AutoNation again. We will tell our friends personally and on social media not to buy or service with them. The initial sale went well with friendly people but discovering we had been deceived later was very disheartening. More
