This was about the most painless experience I’ve had at a car dealership, which was a delightful change from the norm. I am a detail guy. Most of the time, I get blank stares and stuttering when I ask about this or that but Bobby hit every mark in stride without any issues. Frankly, that’s what got AutoNation my business. If the sales person is a stumbling dolt, I tend to walk away but if the sales person can teach me something that I didn’t know before walking in, they get my business. Y’all better keep Bobby around. He’s good at what he does. On to finance: I’ve never spent so little time in a finance office when buying a vehicle. I probably would have spent half the time I did spend there if not for my incessant need to know absolutely every detail. AutoNation has their business on lock and that’s pretty impressive.
