It felt weird doing most of the process over text and online, but I think that’s only because I’m not used to it. I know it's a dealership and the service wait time by default will always be longer, but over two hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation on a Monday at 3pm with an appointment is a bit much. I honestly only get oil changes done at the dealership because they you get a handful of them free with a new vehicle purchase. I'd never go if I had to pay out of pocket. Not worth it. Service is good, but time needs to be better. More

I dropped my van off at the Dealer on April 21 for warranty repair items. I did not get it back until May 24 - a day before I left for a vacation where I needed my van. The communications with the D warranty repair items. I did not get it back until May 24 - a day before I left for a vacation where I needed my van. The communications with the Dealership were poor. The service rep was nice - when I talked with him. But I had to initiate the calls. When I tried to call, I ran into significant problems getting through. Apparently the service line connection was negatively impacted by remodeling of the showroom. To get through, I would need to contact sales, explain the reason for my call and then see if they could walk back to service to get someone to give me an update. Very frustrating. I was promised my vehicle would be ready a number of times. Then a day or two before I needed to leave on my trip I still had not heard back from the service dept. I tried calling and could not get through. Finally I drove to the dealership to try to get a status. I was rather frustrated. I kind of understand the idea that parts may be on back order and it can take longer than expected. However, as someone who has been in a customer service role, as a customer I would like to receive regular updates and would like to know what you know when you know it. For example, parts finally came in around May 18 and I was promised the service tech would be getting on it that day or the next. It was six days later before I got my vehicle. The icing on the cake was when I received a call last week (early July) from the service department letting me know my vehicle was ready. I politely told the representative that I picked it up a month earlier. This experience is not a good reflection on the management/ownership of the dealership. More
We bought a Ford Expedition, took them almost 2 weeks to deliver but it was in their website and other car buying apps online for a couple of months and said some cosmetic repairs has to be done. Pick it up at Friday afternoon after 1 day while traveling in the hi way CHECK ENGINE lights turn ON, salesperson said there was a problem in the engine. Vacation was canceled and ruined by this situation and my family was very disappointed. We returned the vehicle because of stress we were convinced to buy a new van 10k+ more expensive on the same day. DISAPPOINTED More
