When I first called, I was told I had to make an appointment a month and a half from the time I called and that they were completely booked. They didn't even ask what was wrong with my vehicle, but appointment a month and a half from the time I called and that they were completely booked. They didn't even ask what was wrong with my vehicle, but I told them anyway. Then the day came to drop my vehicle off for service and they told me it would be a 7-10 day wait. I don't understand what the purpose of the appointment is when I drop my vehicle off and still have to wait 7-10 days to get it back. I was never offered a loaner car. I don't know who can be without a car for 7-10 days. I was told they have to wait to get the car back to service, evaluate the problem, order parts, then fix it. This process needs to be handled better. I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and vacuum and I said yes. My salesman was very nice and helpful through everything but getting my issue fixed should not have taken 2 months from the time I called initially. I will say, I got my car back in 4 days which is much better than the 7-10 I was told. I tested the issue to make sure it was fixed and it was. However, my car was not washed or vacuumed like promised. More

The whole service staff was great! I give them a call to schedule my Oil change appointment and for my surprise they had an opening that same day. On my arrival the rep explained what was included and then asked me to go to the lobby where I was offered some snacks. I was told it should take 65 min and actually it was done in 45 min. Overall I had a great experience, I'm really happy to brin my business to AutoNation Spring. More
Staff are amazing and very helpful and their response time is quick when there are questions. It's difficult to get them on the phone though, so their texting feature is best which I love, but I can see time is quick when there are questions. There is nearly always a backlog and wait to get your vehicle diagnosed, which is frustrating. It's been 5-10 days each time we bring ours in just for a diagnosis, then adding on the repair time. It seems they are either short staffed, need more bays to work, or something. I've had to come back the last two times within a week of repair to get the issue re-addressed or the repairs tweaked, which is also a big inconvenience. Overall, they're a decent place, but they could use more mechanics so they don't rush through repairs and ultimately end up with customers returning. The advisors are great and keep you informed along the way, and they do their best to get you on your way as quick as possible in terms of drop off and pick up. More
