I wash my car alot to get the mag chloride off of it, but it still looks horrible. Further, Jeep will do nothing about this. Buyer beware seems to be the order of the day for Go Jeep More

In July of 2011 I took my truck in to have the brakes done. The service center claimed that they replaced the pads (front and back), and turned the rotors (front and back) and I was charged $475. Yeste done. The service center claimed that they replaced the pads (front and back), and turned the rotors (front and back) and I was charged $475. Yesterday I was returning from the mountains, and when I was coming down I-70, there was an extreme amount of vibration and grinding. The grinding continued the next morning and I pulled the tires to look at the brakes. I discovered that my right side front brakes were metal on metal, which consequently destroyed the rotor, and my left side front were close to being in the same situation. I had driven approximately 19,000 miles since the dealership claimed to have replaced my brakes. Brake pads should not wear down to bare metal after 19,000 miles, and I feel like the brakes were not done at all even though I trusted the dealership to do so. I changed the brakes myself, because my trust is gone in your dealership, and I took the parts in to Fidel to get my money back. Fidel argued that this was normal wear and tear for brakes and that your dealership was not responsible for your mistake. My first question is,if the brakes were actually replaced, why do you want to build a reputation on car parts that do not last even a third of the life of other quality parts. Second, why do you train your employees to tell the customer that they are wrong even when evidence of negligence is staring them in the face. There is a reason I do not use dealerships for my car maintanenance, and that is because you are a bunch of con artists, who think only of the bottom line, and not of customer satisfaction. I am going to go on facebook and twitter and every other social media outlet that I can think of, and tell of my experience. Luckily it only took me one dealing with you guys to discover your true nature, and I guarantee I will not make the same mistake twice. Congratulations on making an art of screwing over your customers, you dealerships are second to none in this arena. More

The vehicle is fabulous...our salesman, Gary Kitch was wonderful to work with, as he was NOT one of these 'high pressure' salespersons. He was very helpful in making the deal 'work for us'. The Sales Manager, Charles Clampitt, also went 'above and beyond' in helping us with all of our needs. The only problem we had was trying to get the 'home-link' garage door opener to 'learn' the codes to our two separate garage doors. We had gone through the Dodge Owner's Manual, which did not help us. We then called the dealership and explained our plight. Service Manager Doug Brunner drove all the way out to our house and spent his time, assisting us with getting the truck's 'home-link' garage door opener to work with our two garage doors. We could not be happier with the friendliness and service which were extended to us and we are so appreciative of Doug Brunner for having come out to our house to help us with our problem. He resolved the issue and even wrote down the procedures that he used to train the truck openers so that if there is ever a problem in the future, I will have the written formula for reference. We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime, both new and used...and this is the first time we have left with a 'good feeling' and we felt that the ultimate decision for purchase was 'ours' and not from any pressured sales. Everyone was very open and honest in their dealings with us and we will definitely go back to Go Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge in Littleton again, should we want to make any future purchases. More
