Horrible. I spent 10,000 on a new engine for a 2001 jeep cherokee with no other issues. It has been back to their shop for maintenance SIX times, the check engine light has come on every time. It is now o cherokee with no other issues. It has been back to their shop for maintenance SIX times, the check engine light has come on every time. It is now on for the SEVENTH time and I have been waiting almost THREE weeks for them to "find" a loaner car. I called, left messages, called again, no replies. It is dead in my driveway, I am out 10 grand. This place is horrible. More
On March 21st 2021 after a large snowfall of approximately 20 inches I had to take my Dodge 2500 4wd ram truck into Autonation south west Dodge because it woul not engage in 4 wheel low. I had approximately 20 inches I had to take my Dodge 2500 4wd ram truck into Autonation south west Dodge because it woul not engage in 4 wheel low. I had purchased a lifetime warranty when I bought it in 2014. After inspection I was told by the service representative it might not be covered Ed. After several calls and more than two weeks it was finally repaired under the lifetime warranty. It was like pulling nails to get this done and it shouldn’t have been. Not sure after having been a loyal Dodge customer and also this dealership for more than 30 years if I will continue to be so in the future. Sincerely William Folino More
Made the appointment for an oil change and a recall for 11:45am today some weeks ago. Upon driving into the service bay, I tell the service advisor that I have an appointment and he tells me: "No, you don't." Not a very professional greeting, but nonetheless I proceed with showing him confirmation of the appointment and after confirming that I indeed have an appointment at this location, he tells me they're closing early today and there is no one available to do the work. I asked whether I could drop off my car and get a loaner, but I'm told loaners are not available. It should be noted when I purchased my Jeep, I was told that with the Jeep Wave program, loaners will always be available even with minor maintenance. Very disappointed in this place after wasting a considerable amount of time making the appointment and driving to get there. Will take my business elsewhere. More
The worst experience in my life with minor repairs to be done. It took almost 3 weeks. Front end parts and a radiator repair. I think any small shop could have it done in a day. I called a local auto parts done. It took almost 3 weeks. Front end parts and a radiator repair. I think any small shop could have it done in a day. I called a local auto parts store and they could have all the parts in a day. But I keep hearing that they are waiting on parts. Maybe they should call auto zone or another local parts store for parts. More
Bad Customer Service I brought our Jeep in to have its engine looked at, as it was making an odd noise and still under warranty. The dealership fixed the issue, but failed I brought our Jeep in to have its engine looked at, as it was making an odd noise and still under warranty. The dealership fixed the issue, but failed to mention that they were going to have to change the oil. The Jeep got an oil change that included MOA the day before, and then the dealership drained it all out. I asked them to replace the MOA since the oil change wasnt part of the service and didnt know it would have to happen and they refused to do so. Its only a $17 difference or so, but you would think that the dealership would gladly replace the MOA they disposed of rather than put up a fight about it. Lost my future business for sure. More

In April 2019 I noticed water coming in the back headliner and promptly scheduled service to have it fixed. The water left a stain of course and was told we are not sure detailing the stain out is covered by the ‘manufacturer ‘ so I made an issue of it. Later that day I was called and told the leak is fixed and the stains were removed. Fair enough I’m satisfied. One week later it rained and the leak was still there and the water stains were worse. Again made an appointment for repairs which took two days. When the leak was repaired again I went to pick up the vehicle and saw the stains were not cleaned. I walked back in and asked why the stains hadn’t been detailed out I was told that team was off but someone from the service department would call me to schedule another visit. Two days went by and no call. I called and left a message for one of the service representatives...no call back. The following day I called again and got a representative on the phone. That person tells me my case is being handled by another representative and they would find them. I was put on hold for about 30 minutes before I had to hang up for a work commitment. As of now I haven’t heard from anyone. This dealer treats customers (who spend a lot of money) as an inconvenience. I absolutely don’t recommend Autonation Southwest. More

The top cap of the If I could give a zero I would. I bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty in July of 2018. They told me it completely passed inspection. Wrong. The top cap of the radiator is split and the coolant and transmission lines had holes in them that leaked a month after purchase. When I brought it in to be repaired I figured it would be covered under the “bumper to bumper” warranty they sold me. Wrong. They called me and tried to fleece me $1800 for the repairs. Keep in mind I only paid $5000 for the car... I took it to Firestone and it was a $500 fix. AutoNation had the audacity to tell me that I should have taken it to a mechanic after I bought it to certify it, and admitted it was most likely already damaged when they sold it. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. They are selling shotty cars and don’t give a FLIP about you have you drive off. More

After using them for over 2 years, I will never be back. More
New car buying experience great! Service Dept: TERRIBLE!!! Bought a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee! We got exactly what we wanted and the process was, in fact the most pleasant vehicle purchase process ever! With that Bought a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee! We got exactly what we wanted and the process was, in fact the most pleasant vehicle purchase process ever! With that said, a few days after we bought the vehicle we took our Liberty in for an oil change and a safety recall. (They wouldn't give us A fair amount for the trade in). A couple hours after I picked it up I noticed a metal grinding noise coming from what sounded like the drive shaft I just replaced.... the safety recall was an airbag module which was located near the area, the vehicle did not make the noise when I took it in for the oil and recall service. I called SKIP in service who I had been in contact with for a few days now (due to them losing the spare key for the 2017 Cherokee we just bought) to get a new key programmed. I was told skip would call me back he never did I left multiple voicemails for him explaining that there was a noise that wasn't there before they had the vehicle. This was a couple months ago today is July 30th and I still haven't heard a word back. Long story short a day or two after we got the vehicle back I started looking around to see what the issue was. Between the gearbox and the drive shaft was a snap on flashlight, the driveshaft had been rubbing up against the middle flashlight that the tech left behind!!! I did get about $150 flashlight out of it however I am appalled with the service department at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Southwest the thing that upsets me the most is they must have had a feeling that they messed something up and still have yet to contact me, not knowing it was as simple as the tech forgetting about his flashlight... I bet he's still looking for it 😂😂😂 Perhaps I need to call and talk to management? More
DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCT OR EXTENDED WARRANTY Bought my daughter a 2008 Chrysler Nitro with 1 year extended warranty. The day we drove it off the lot it cut out on us 2 or 3 times. I called the fl Bought my daughter a 2008 Chrysler Nitro with 1 year extended warranty. The day we drove it off the lot it cut out on us 2 or 3 times. I called the fleet manager( A so-called friend of mine) the very next day. He said bring it back as soon as you can.Well my daughter needed her car as she had sold the other one she had. She brought it back to them a few months later when she arranged to get back and forth to work, as they wouldn't give her a lender as she is under 25. They said I needed to pay $500 for a diagnostics test. I said we had an extended warranty. Well that like a deductible and only good for a couple hours of service. I was furious but gave in as my daughter needed her car back. Then they called and said it would be another $500 for the parts. Again I was furious the warranty covered nothing! Gave in again as they had it sitting there torn apart. So after a month and over another $1000.00 they said it was fixed. She came and got it and on the way home it did the same exact thing. So she brought it back to them again. They said the Chrysler engineers were reluctant to help them find the problem but we''ll find it one of these days. They called the other day and want $900 more to try another part they don't know will fix it or not.I am at my ropes end with these crooks. They have had this vehicle for almost 2 months.I have put another $2000 into it and it still isn't fixed.!!! More
