If 0 stars were an option, that’s what I would select. Terrible terrible terrible service department. Not only were they careless with my car while it was there for repair, they also misdiagnosed the prob Terrible terrible terrible service department. Not only were they careless with my car while it was there for repair, they also misdiagnosed the problem. My car died and I had it towed to their service shop out of desperation. They quoted me $2700 out of pocket for a bad wiring harness (which wasn’t even the real problem). During this time they opened my sunroof and LEFT IT OPEN UNCOVERED the entire time it was there-AND IT WAS PARKED OUTSIDE! In the winter time. It was at their shop for 10 days, no effort was made to cover the sunroof. I had my car towed to another dealership, who shared with me it arrived with the sunroof open, of which they were concerned about. When I called Autonation back to inquire, Ryan the service manager told me “it must have popped open during the tow to the new dealership.” I had photos from the inspection- my sunroof was open! Since then I have been trying at least every other day to talk to a manager about this issue, of course I can’t get a hold of anyone! No one will call me back of course, and I have left several messages for various people. I would steer clear of ever bringing a vehicle here for service. More
None of the three service employees bothered to even look up at me after I drove into the service stall let alone greet me. I finally had to say, “I have an appointment this morning.” Then later that morning when it was time to pick up my vehicle, same issue. First service employee is eating his lunch while looking directly at me but saying nothing. The second guy was in the phone so he gets a pass, the third guy again didn’t bother to even acknowledge me standing there. I finally went inside to parts and told them no one will acknowledge me standing in front of them to get my keys and get the heck out of there. He walked out there with me and had to tell one of them that I was there to pick my vehicle up. Again, no greeting. He asked me to sign the form and gave me my car key. I walk to my car to find it parked so close to another car that was serviced that I couldn’t squeeze my 95# body between them to get into my car without opening my car door into it. NEVER go to this dealership if you value friendly, professional auto care. More
They did the oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner. However my tire status in the truck is reporting the tire pressure in correctly as it is showing my pressure of the rear tires as the front t manner. Service dept inspected my RAM2500, changed oil and fluids and rotated tires quickly. However the tires were not inflated to proper psi so I had to add air.. waiting room was clean and coffee great. and rotated tires quickly.
