Check engine light on. They have tried to fix it 3 times and its on again after only 4 days. Back to the dealership. I took car for oil change and tire rotation. Had my car all day, when I got home I noticed they DID NOT rotate my tires. I know because I have a nick in front driver side tire and its still on Had my car all day, when I got home I noticed they DID NOT rotate my tires. I got there on a snowy morning, they put a recall item on the car and had me out of there in an hour, so that I could get back up the hill to Conifer! Awesome job!! The fella at the front desk actually fix the car and had me out of there in an hour, so that I could get back up the hill to Conifer! Awesome job!! All the service people were gathered together completely ignoring me both when I dropped off my car and picked it up. I was accused of lying about my appointment and the service person helping me made sure ignoring me both when I dropped off my car and picked it up. I was accused of lying about my appointment and the service person helping me made sure to tell me it would take an extra 30 mins then what I was quoted. This was all for an oil change. Seriously making me reconsider buying my car after my lease is up and going back to Toyota. More

I gave to 2 star because no one called me to inform me that my car was ready for pick up, I called the service department, the person that answer the phone said we were just about to call you.
