Very kind and honest service Dept representatives. While in the garage I watch the mechanics working hard and thoroughly on the vehicles as I waited for my vehicle. While in the garage I watch the mechanics working hard and thoroughly on the vehicles as I waited for my vehicle. More

Went to fix a CEL, they called to say it was ready so I left work early to pick it up. Half way there I got a call that it wasn't fixed and CEL came back on. Next day told they had new parts to order, but left work early to pick it up. Half way there I got a call that it wasn't fixed and CEL came back on. Next day told they had new parts to order, but they were being expedited so I was happy with that. Monday rolls around and parts have come in damaged so they have to re-order, but they'll be in Thursday. On Friday I called, parts still not in but "out for delivery" so I pick it up for the weekend expecting a call on Monday/Tuesday to bring it back. I left voicemails on Friday after not hearing anything and never got a call back. Not sure how a part marked "out for delivery" with UPS (which means its on the truck in the local area) on Friday still hasn't arrived by next Friday or why I haven't received a call one way or the other. One day, hopefully, I'll get my 7 month old vehicle fixed. More
My 2006 Jeep Commander runs great but I had a whole bunch of dash board lights including ESP, BAS, ANTILOCK Brakes and Tire Pressure Monitor. before coming in I was told the diagnostic would be $275 and that of dash board lights including ESP, BAS, ANTILOCK Brakes and Tire Pressure Monitor. before coming in I was told the diagnostic would be $275 and that would go towards labor. Diagnostics (which was hooking up a hand help scanner to the vehicle) indicated it was a brake switch, that cost $32 and a slightly loose battery cable. Was I ever shocked that the total labor came out to $718 plus $60 in shop supplies (that's a lot of paper towels and rubber gloves)! I asked why so high, I was told by my service advisor labor rates are $239 per hour. I have no idea how they calculate the time to complete repairs but looking at You-Tube it looks like a combined 15 minutes of labor to tighten a screw and plug in the part would be generous, so why was the charge so high? By the way the Tire Pressure Monitor light is still on, even though all tires pressures are up to spec. They would not have time to take another look at that and I live in the mountains and it was a 4.5 hour each way to get to the dealer. More
