I found out, after I dropped my car off, that they "planned" on taking 2-3 days to change a belt and the oil. I freaked out at them over the phone. The service manager did get the car in that day. Had batteries fail that were under warranty, and although it took 2 weeks to get the work completed (factory backorder on the Mopar approved replacement), they did a good job. Also repaired a loud grinding noise in the back that was there since I purchased the Jeep brand new; overpacked bearings in the factory, handled it fast and friendly. Just had a failed EGR valve replaced, and Colin was able to track down the part that was backordered due to union strikes. Only wish was that they had more loaner cars available, especially when they have your vehicle for days to weeks at a time, and maybe wash and detail your vehicle if you're spending over $1k and they've had it for a few days. Overall great experience, and Colin is always so helpful and on it! More

Not sure what happened with the appointment date/time, but they didn't have it on their schedule, but took my truck anyway (which was good since I live quite a distance away). They did recommend a radiator flush which I was ok with. However, they 1) Mistook a non-MOPAR Glycol mix for engine oil, suggesting my block was cracked, leading to their recommendation to also change my oil (which was changed only a few weeks prior), 2) Underfilled the radiator when they flushed it, resulting in collapsed hoses on top and no fluid visible when removing the radiator cap (they actually said that collapsed hoses were normal, even though I had never seen that on the truck since I purchased it new) (I had to add a quart of radiator fluid to fill it up) 3) told me that Costco may have messed up my oil change, possibly adding oil to the radiator (see the previous non-MOPAR Glycol comment above), and overfilled 2 qts (It was not 2 qts overfilled, and Costco does NOT perform oil changes, only tires) and 4) For the warranty work they performed, they had to take off and reinstall one wheel. In that process they "lost" my wheel lock key, which they initially stated they did not have, but found it when I brought my truck back in. So, mixed feelings on my end. The warranty work was performed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. I was ok with the radiator flush recommendation, but really surprised when the service technician and manager said the collapsed hoses were "normal", even though no fluid was visible with the radiator cap removed (have never seen that on the truck in the 12 years I have had it). I still can't believe they would say the coolant level was ok instead of checking fluid levels and filling it. Also very disappointed that I had to insist that the dealer either find my key or remove the lock nuts from all wheels. While the warranty work alone was "average" or better, the overall experience was not what I was expecting, requiring phone calls, leaving multiple messages, and an additional 40 mile round trip to the dealer.
