Considering them from Washington and drove to Denver to buy the pickup truck they bought my trade in side unseen and pick up was just as they said it would be. Like I said great experience easy people to deal with friendly courteous. I don't know that I'd drive back again that's a long ways but if I was closer I certainly would do business with them again. Bought a car from this auto nation 3 weeks ago. It had a cracked window and they agreed to fix it however, they made me feel like it was a quick fix and that they would come to my home to fix it. To make matters worse their customer service leaves much to be desired as they continue to dodge my phone calls and voicemails on when this will get fix. The salesman who sold me the car passed the buck to another person saying I can’t help you and the other service rep won’t return my calls. This is a horrible customer service and recommend you stay away from this dealership because all they are looking for is a quick sale and won’t return your calls. After this review we’ll see if someone finally calls me back. Is this the customer service you want to provide? More
