I bought a used 2005 Dodge Ram truck there and I had several promises that were not full filled. First, I was promised to have a full transferable warranty which I ended up having to pay for. As part several promises that were not full filled. First, I was promised to have a full transferable warranty which I ended up having to pay for. As part of the deal I was told I could get free oil changes at PepBoys, but after going to PepBoys, they were going to charge me $30 even with the supposed free oil changes. Second, I had to go back to the dealership on 5 seperate occations to get the new tires and detail job that they had promised. By the end they treated me as though I was a bother although they had promised in writing to take care of a few scratches and replace the tires. I have purchased several cars and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Worst of all, when I spoke with the GM (Robert Serafini) about my poor experience, he said I was a liar and refused to do anything about the poor service. I would never buy a car, get a car serviced, or do any business with this dealership EVER AGAIN. More
This is a review of GO in general, both their dealerships & the corporate office. After a good experience at Go Dodge Southwest in 2007 when purchasing a used Jeep, we decided to go back there when we were l & the corporate office. After a good experience at Go Dodge Southwest in 2007 when purchasing a used Jeep, we decided to go back there when we were looking for an upgrade for our 2nd vehicle. We ended up buying a 2000 Subaru Impreza, in good condition, with new tires and were very happy with our purchase and the initial experience of actually signing for and buying the car. However, our experience went down hill from there. It took 2 weeks from signing for the car until we were actually able to pick it up, as the dealership forgot to send some very important paperwork on the date that they were supposed to, which meant we waited an extra week until we could pick the car up. We live in Vail, so it is not exactly convenient for us to be driving back and forth every weekend. After owning the car for about 2 weeks, we noticed one of the tires was going flat. Upon trading in our old car, which had 2 month old tires on it, we were told by the dealership that the tires were very new, sports performance tires. We took the car to our local Big O and upon their inspection of the tires, we were told all 4 tires would need to be replaced as they all had 'dry rot' and were actually unsafe to drive at speeds over 40mph. Remember, we had driven this car up from Denver at speeds of about 70mph to Vail only 2 weeks prior! Absolutely livid, I called the dealership to arrange some reimbursement for the replacement tires we were now having to buy. Amidst the smooth talking and excuses from one of their sales managers, the basic answer was no. I was told if we could drive the car down to Denver and have their mechanics look at it we would have a 50/50 chance of getting any money back. I reminded the sales manager that the car is unsafe to drive with the current tires on there, but if we took them off the dealership could not accept them to inspect. I was told that tires had passed inspection at the GO Subaru Arapahoe dealership. Obviously, someone or multiple people, lied to us through their teeth and then all covered up for each other afterwards. I can't even find a phone number for the GO corporate office to speak with someone there as I was told they would be the ones to decide if we would get any reimbursement for the new tires. DO NOT do business with GO or any of their dealerships, they are untrustworthy, smooth talking, excuse making swindlers who only want your money and once they've got it you'll be treated like a nobody. The only good thing is I love the car, pity I had to deal with all of the above to get it. More
