I have never had such a horrible experience dealing with this dealership post sales communication. Left several messages for GM Rich was not ever informed of his full name ever and never received a call bac this dealership post sales communication. Matt informed that he had called me back on 1-17-2024 but neither of our phones had a voicemail message so who to believe?? We had informed the salesperson Aaron Dale we would purchase the car and wanted to use our Credit Union and was informed they use them however when all paperwork completed, they stated they got us a better deal with Bank of America for their kick back I believe and then had a chip in windshield did not see when we test drove the car Happened while detailing car, and called to report this and they informed us they would get it fixed it took numerous calls to dealership to get an appointment 5 days later had to go to the Broadway dealership where the manager fit us in. We were also informed on 1-13-2024 that the title information had been sent to Jefferson Co however found out was still being processed on 1-16-2024 and now we wait to refinance to our Credit Union. When I finally got through to talk to someone today, I was rudely. hung up on by 2 different men. I was even told that I could not even set foot in their place of business. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in because the engine light is on and wanted to find out why and if there is any work that is required. I do have the lifetime warranty so when I brought my vehicle in ea light is on and wanted to find out why and if there is any work that is required. I do have the lifetime warranty so when I brought my vehicle in early Friday morning (12/8) and then was notified that they need to get approval from MaxCare Mopar Vehicle Protection. My car was there all day Friday and over the weekend and all day Monday with nothing submitted to MaxCare and still no work done on my vehicle. I called and said I needed my car on Tuesday and the service rep said that I can pick it up Monday afternoon and bring it back on Wednesday. I said I needed the car by Friday as we will be going out of town. The Service Rep said it would not be ready by Friday. Why in xxxx does my car need to be in the shop for over a week waiting for warranty approval where I have no car and still no work done on my vehicle!! When I purchased my Jeep I never had to do this and then a few years ago now there is this long drawn out process of getting warranty approval. This is terrible customer service! My wife takes her car to the dealer (Different manufacture) and work is done always in one day. My Jeep has over 195K miles and will need to look for a new vehicle in the next year or two but I may not be looking at Jeep because of this terrible process where it takes 1-2 weeks to get something repaired and no option of a loaner vehicle! I will be calling the MaxCare as well complaining to them about the process. I am very displeased with Auto Nation Service and MaxCare and may never do business with you again!! More
