My 2022 Grand Cherokee needed mandatory recall and the tailgate only went up 75%. Took it in and Ryan said he needed the car for 2-3 days to diagnose/fix the tailgate. Made appointment. Drove to work. Wit tailgate only went up 75%. Took it in and Ryan said he needed the car for 2-3 days to diagnose/fix the tailgate. Made appointment. Drove to work. Within 5 minutes my 69 yo wife read the owner's manual and fixed the problem (won't tell him how). Called Ryan and told him he should be embarrassed. Got email cancelling appointment. Apparently, he's too embarrassed to see me again. Nice. Hope I don't have an accident due to product deficiency because that would be a big lawsuit. More
