A small mix up with initial; scheduling for a recall caused me to have to make two trips to the dealer. In the second scheduled visit the service department performed the recall in about 15 minutes. They were very honest about everything and i didn’t feel like they were being pushy at all. They did try to promote their insurance quite a bit but that is to be expected.
