Dealer fixed the issues at hand and did a nice job of investigating for additional issues. They mentioned that the noise I was hearing was from my shock, but the shock did not need to be replaced. I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years, purchased 4 vehicles and this is the first time I was disappointed in the service from your service department. I had to have my car towed because t purchased 4 vehicles and this is the first time I was disappointed in the service from your service department. I had to have my car towed because the battery kept going dead. I have it towed in one day before my service appointment. My appointment was not honored and I called and the Ryan Shaw. He told me it was the battery and I told him to fix it. I called the next day, left a message and Ryan did not get back with me. After over a week later, I had yet to hear back from Ryan so I called the service manager. I got his voicemail, but at least he got back with me and he told me my car was done. I did not know that it was fixed until I continued calling. I will never work with Ryan again. The best person in the service department is Collin, which is why I gave it 3 stars and not a 1. Collin checked me out and was the same caring professional he had always been. Never again will I use Ryan Shaw. More
