Majority of Problems over the year top-notch service, department. I purchased my 20017 Pacifica new and have had most all services performed there. Majority of Problems over the years have been electronic/ computer issues. Thes issues were generally caused by others who have worked on repairs like battery replacement and windshield replacement. Auto Nation Service department have diagnostic the problems and our van has performed flawlessly. I find it refreshing to be able to work with Service Advisor John Avitia, being a retired HVAC serviceman. Myself. I Know the value of employees you take care and value the customer. Note Service Advisor Like John Avitia will bring in more new vehicle sales than the Boss will ever know. More
