I have had my Jeep serviced at this dealership for years, and time and time again they exceed my expectations. Not only is the work done quickly, but I am always updated on how the work is going. I took my 2013 Avenger in for some recall work. I made my appointment and showed up a few minutes before. The line extended from the service bay into the street. I got in line and waited. after a few minutes a younger gentelman came to let me know it would be a few minutes. After another 5 minutes, a different guy walked past my car to talk to the car behind me. As he walked back towards the service bay I rolled down my window and asked if I could drop off my car with him. He asked what I was there for, I told him and he said only my service advisor, Kerry, could check me in. Weird, but ok. I asked how long was Kerry going to be, I have to get to work. He said a few minutes. After a bit the 1st guy told me to pull forward and someone would be right with me. I was not happy at this point. I pulled up and waited another few minutes. We are at about a 15 wait by now. The 2nd guy walked by again and I rolled down my window and asked him if someone could check me in, I have to go to work as well. As he was answereing me, Kerry miracously appears. 1st guy tells me, that's him, he will be right with you. He walks up to Kerry and tells him something and walks away. Kerry comes up to me, doesn't say hello and addresses me, "Sounds like you have somewhere to be." I said yes, I have a job as well and I need to get to it. He then asked me what I was in for and is that all they are doing today? I told him recall work and yes, that's it. He said, ok, you're good to go. That's it? That is the entire check in process I have been waiting 20 minutes for? I asked him why only he could check me in and why not someone else. He said, "They don't have the power I do." The he laughed. I told him, "I'm not laughing." And tossed him the keys and said, "fix my car dude" and walked away. When I picked it up later that afternoon, I went to service and unfortunately had to ask for Kerry. I was told he was not in. My mood got so much better. I told the very nice lady at the service counter that I was glad he was not in, he was sort of a smug jerk this morning. She shook her head, apologized and helped me finish up. If you have an appointment scheduled with Kerry, I recommend trying to get it with someone else, since he has 'all the power and no one else can do whatever he does'. I own 2 Dodge vehicles, the Avenger in for service and a Ram Rebel. I live in Roseville and there is a reason I did not buy either vehicles at this dealership. I wish there was a different dealership closer I could take my vehicles to for service. I will never willingly deal with Kerry again. Terrible customer service and disrespect from that guy. I'm only giving 2 stars because the lady at the service counter was so nice. More
