Came in for an express oil change. Waited 45 minutes to be checked in. Customers not taken in order of arrival, two customers who arrived after I did seen before me. They were pretty nice took my car in for a problem the engine was having and knew what was wrong with it myself and told them but they did keep my car for 4 days to diagnose it, and seemed like they were engine was having and knew what was wrong with it myself and told them but they did keep my car for 4 days to diagnose it, and seemed like they were not too sure on what to test. When i got it back the issue was still there so i took it right back and they finally fixed it. Right off the bat. I always take my cars to the dealer for major repairs. But they did have alot of other cars and did get my car in sooner than told so i really do appreciate their work. More
