I was very pleased that the 4 new tires being installed on my car did not take the 4 hours as originally told to me. I have had multiple bad experiences with this service department. The only reason I came back was that I had prepaid for three oil changes. In this experience, there was no one to check me in. When I asked a technician where I should park, a young man dress in BMW clothes jumped up and said he would find someone for me. He was the most helpful person I have come across. When he came back out, he made mention to another employee that no one wanted to help me out. The other employee commented back that many of the guy do not like to check in fast lane vehicles. This type of attitude is typical of the apathy I have seen from AutoNation Dodge. Once I was finally checked in, the device went smoothly. But honestly, there is not much to screw up on an oil change. More
