I be would first like to say, the service advisor that actually helped me was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Steve park is the man, and I enjoyed my experience with him. The problem is, there are other service advisors who tell you whatever you want to hear in the moment you are dealing with them. So you have an expectation that they set, only to find out that they can’t deliver on what they set. Take John Avitia, he lied to my face, and over the phone about the price of an oil change that he could get me. Then when it comes time, he refuses to return calls, and doesn’t bother to tell me that he isn’t even there on the weekend. So Steve actually helped me, while John didn’t help, nor did he return a call before Friday to let me know that he couldn’t actually get me the price he said he could. Maybe john’s boss will actually read this, and make some correction there. If Steve hadn’t been so nice, and helpful, it honestly would make me not want to come back to this dealership on principle. I had no appointment. Dan took me in, took good care of me. Got my truck back by end of day. I called local mechanics for price quote on the work I needed done. Apparently the Roseville auto mall requires a very high labor multiplier to turn a good profit. It was great service and the hourly rate will take some getting used to. More
