I have always taken my Fiat to this dealership for maintenance. I was told this time I had some bulbs out (lights) but that they do not carry the part. No offer to order the part, NOTHING. They completed the oil change and replaced a wiper blade. Told me I may have to take it to the Bay Area for bulb change? This does not sound right. Steve was very nice, I tried to explain this dealership has always taken care of my Fiat, but he had no advice for me, just kinda keeping me hangin. I'm not happy to say the least. More
Brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for suspected brake problems and the service dept thoroughly went thru the entire system replacing Booster and Master Cylinder. While this work was being done they brake problems and the service dept thoroughly went thru the entire system replacing Booster and Master Cylinder. While this work was being done they provided me with a rental car at no expense to me. Steve was a terrific person and made sure everything was done to address my concerns. More

Very pleased with our last service experience, which was a significant contrast to previous visits. Steven Park and other support staff in the service drive were prompt, receptive and welcoming. It is clearly a priority to have an appointment as we were asked this question repeatedly. We left our Jeep for an emissions recall involving a relatively simple programming issue and an oil change/tire rotation under the Jeep Wave program. Pleased to say that by lunchtime, we received a call from Steve informing us that the Jeep was ready for pickup. Whatever changes have occurred in the service department, please keep up the great work as this appears to be working! More
