This review is specifically aimed at Kerry, service advisor at Roseville Auto Nation CDJR. He is specifically the reason I am giving the 5 star rating. We were actually going to go to the other Sacrame advisor at Roseville Auto Nation CDJR. He is specifically the reason I am giving the 5 star rating. We were actually going to go to the other Sacramento area dealership for the service our vehicle desperately needed, as the receptionist at Auto Nation told us, in a hurried and flustered manner, that they could not see us until LATE APRIL (this was early March). In fact, I had already made an appointment elsewhere. The vehicle needed a new thermostat, a major software update, and a recall inspection. Enter Kerry. My wife had left a voice message and texted him (per his instructions), and he returned her text later that day. When he contacted my wife, he spoke to her kindly and informatively. Then told her we could bring the vehicle there THAT DAY! Not only were we able to come drop it off (this was late afternoon that day), but after checking the car in, he told us he should be able to get everything done by the end of the next day!! A promise he KEPT! All work was done to top tier standards and the vehicle has never run better. Yuge thanks to Kerry!! Keep up the good work. This dealership needs MORE like you! More
