made appt for recall a month ahead of time. showed up on time for appt that was supposed to take 30 minutes. over 2hrs later was told recall could not be completed as the Jeep network was dow showed up on time for appt that was supposed to take 30 minutes. over 2hrs later was told recall could not be completed as the Jeep network was down, they did rotate tires and chg oil. must return again, spend an unspecified amount more of my time to get this done if the network is working when i can get there again....pretty frustrating even though the dealership isnt responsible for Jeep network being down but, seemed rather cavalier about the inconvenience More
