A typical service experience here is begin greeted after a lengthy wait (no matter what time you drop your car off) by someone who is unhappy that you are there for a service. This is followed by the same a lengthy wait (no matter what time you drop your car off) by someone who is unhappy that you are there for a service. This is followed by the same excuse for the past three years, "sorry, some people called in and we are short staffed." After taking your info and being dismissed, they fail to give you a call to let you know the truck is ready. Upon pickup, a different set of grumpy people have no idea why you are there and suggest heading to the cashier to see if your truck is actually ready. The cashier offers no apology...or interest...hands you the key and lets you search for your own vehicle. Other than that, everything was fine. More
My overall experience was a little disappointing. My jeep had a mandatory recall that I needed to get fixed to register my vehicle. The mechanics found several other items that “needed” to get fixed which was going to cost me $5000-$6000 to get repaired. Thankfully, a good friend of mine is a mechanic and ran his own diagnostic using his own equipment. I’m thankful he did because he saved me thousands of dollars. The items found turned out to be not as big of a deal as they made it out to be. It wasn’t worth it to pay what they were asking for. My point is get a second opinion if you have time. Or, the alternative is paying way to much money to have them “fix” your vehicle. My biggest let down was lost of trust and confidence. More

Took over a month to get the appointment. dropped car at 9am got a text around 11am called dealership service no response left message no response. kept trying until around 2pm no response. w dropped car at 9am got a text around 11am called dealership service no response left message no response. kept trying until around 2pm no response. went to get car arrived at dealer around 3pm, was told the power was out that's why no response, asked how long power had been out was told almost an hour..... so since around 2pm... told them we wanted our car, they stated the had not even touched in the 6 hours they had it, no reason for car not being touched just hadn't been.. Kerry the service writer didn't care that it wasnt done didnt apologize said oh well. I would never take a vehicle to this dealer for NOTHING!! terrible service, terrible communication, More
