Great Service Advisers on my last trip, not so good inventory management. (Service Advisor gets 6 Stars out of 5 possible) I brought my RAM TRX in for an electrical problem. After a few days the prob inventory management. (Service Advisor gets 6 Stars out of 5 possible) I brought my RAM TRX in for an electrical problem. After a few days the problem was diagnosed correctly and vehicle was back on the road, however, somehow while parked in their staging lot, a 2'6" long crease/scratch was put in the outside of the truck bed (this vehicle had all of 919 miles on it and was just over 30 days old). (Inventory management of my vehicle gets a 1 or 0). I advised the service adviser of the damage and he immediately took control and said they would cover all costs to get it fixed including a car rental. The TRX was taken to a body shop where it took 11 more days to get it fixed, but they did a pristine job repairing it. They used a new process for repair that took out the crease and did not violate the initial paint seal. ecstatically happy about their work (Caliber Collision) More

Professional, Dearler was not able to fix my issue with my brand new 2022 Ram2500 and it's defective differential on four wheel drive, but they were kind in letting me know they would take care of this iss my brand new 2022 Ram2500 and it's defective differential on four wheel drive, but they were kind in letting me know they would take care of this issue just as soon as they receive the replacement parts.
