At the appointment as explained that I spoke with the General Manager, and he was the only positive outcome with the appointment that I experienced. I mentioned to him that the customer should be prewarned that certain procedures need to be accomplished when the customer is given an appointed time to have a repair or recall problem accomplished. Dealers service ratings by the number of stars would indicate that there is a problem with the communications with the customer and the service techs or the individuals that are arranging and scheduling of the appointments. To be honest I can understand about appointments being a problem scheduling and having the repairs accomplished in a timely manner. The problem is notifying the customer that the time to accomplish the repair about what has to be done and the time required to accomplish the repair is not being communicated to the customer.
