I had a 10 o’clock appointment for an oil change and recall replacement on a airbag. They didn’t take the truck to the shop till almost 11:30. They were no vehicles in any of the bays, my truck sat for another half hour until I brought it to the service writer and promptly stop the tec. When my truck was finally ready I was told by the service writer that the recall repair wasn’t done because they didn’t have enough time. Obviously this was determined hours ago and my truck was forgotten until I asked about it’s status. I was very annoyed and disappointed that I could have been told this and I wouldn’t have wasted most of my Saturday. More
