Customer service in the service dept is horrible! ! No communication! Even the service manager doesn’t communicate well. It took us several months to get an issue fixed. First time they said the issue ! No communication! Even the service manager doesn’t communicate well. It took us several months to get an issue fixed. First time they said the issue was fixed, drove off the the an hour later the engine light was back on. They lie when they say to bring back in and they’ll fix it that day in a couple of hours. Also when bringing the vehicle out to me they parked it surrounded by other service vehicles. I couldn’t safely risk squeezing it in between two cars, so had to drive it myself around the dealership & tons of other service vehicles. I still had to maneuver around trucks and get through tight areas. Tacky! Nope not coming back again. Went to a different dealer and it was fixed (under warranty) right after the part arrived in within a few days with wonderful customer service! More

My tire was not holding air. I have coverage for them. When the tire came in we took it back and Kerry was fabulous. Took us right in and had us out in very little time. Was a little disappointed with the service. I also advised that I had the back fire noise when I start the truck that had been going on since i bought it new 2 years ago. I dropped the truck off after hours on Aug 2. My appt was Aug 3. I received a call from the technician some time that morning stating they were busy and would try to get to my truck today. Again I had an appt that day. I never got a call back that day. I called them back Aug 4 and was told they haven’t looked at it yet but should get to it this afternoon I asked for a call back. I received that call to be told yes your sun visors are broken and will order the parts. Was told should take 6 to 8 weeks and to make a new appt. They never found out problem with the back fire noise.was told the computer showed no problem with motor. They did find a strut was leaking and was under warranty but couldn’t be fixed at that time because they would have to order the part. . Made next appt for late September and was told hopefully the sun visors will be in. So basically made an appt and nothing was done but made another appt for next month. 2 days with out my truck which is my only vehicle. the biggest problem was no one said sorry for the inconvenience.
