By far the worst service department at any dealer anywhere. There is always a lengthy wait to have a service writer do the intake. Always. So we texted (which you are basically forced to do) and received a text back that, "your car didn't make it into the shop today. I'll check back in the morning." Nope, no call on day three, so another text (because you are basically forced to text). Repy: Oh yeah, your car is ready to be picked up. I am in the market for a 3500, but it will not be from this place. More

Customer service in the service dept is horrible! ! No communication! Even the service manager doesn’t communicate well. It took us several months to get an issue fixed. First time they said the issue ! No communication! Even the service manager doesn’t communicate well. It took us several months to get an issue fixed. First time they said the issue was fixed, drove off the the an hour later the engine light was back on. They lie when they say to bring back in and they’ll fix it that day in a couple of hours. Also when bringing the vehicle out to me they parked it surrounded by other service vehicles. I couldn’t safely risk squeezing it in between two cars, so had to drive it myself around the dealership & tons of other service vehicles. I still had to maneuver around trucks and get through tight areas. Tacky! Nope not coming back again. Went to a different dealer and it was fixed (under warranty) right after the part arrived in within a few days with wonderful customer service! More
