Went in for an "Express" oil change and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. After 1 hour and 45 minutes it was done. I wasn't given any updates or notified it would take longer than expected. The customer service at this dealership is beyond fantastic. The General Manager himself, Jim, picked up my truck, drove it to the dealership for wheel-to-wheel side steps to be installed, left me an fantastic. The General Manager himself, Jim, picked up my truck, drove it to the dealership for wheel-to-wheel side steps to be installed, left me another vehicle to drive, then delivered my truck back to my home when the work was finished. Ordering the parts was aptly handled by Sales Manager Lynn, who had to negotiate quite a few obstacles to find and secure these apparently-rare side steps. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim, Lynn, and their service department. 100 stars if I could give that many!!!! More
The service receptionist was extremely helpful and assisted me with getting a tow to the dealership. The cashier was amazing and deserves a raise. I was referred to the dealership service center through Costco’s car discount website, where I can get 15% off. So I made an appointment almost 5 weeks out because they were so busy, but I ended up calling Costco’s car discount website, where I can get 15% off. So I made an appointment almost 5 weeks out because they were so busy, but I ended up calling back to get a sooner appointment because they had cancellations. Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee for new rotors and brakes job, which I was quoted at Auburn Jeep dealership at around $650, so i figured it would be around the same, plus the 15% discount, but no. They wouldn’t answer my phone calls or voicemail asking for a quote prior to the appointment, then after the work was done, they wanted over 800 for replacing only the back set of rotors, refinishing the fronts, instead of replacing like I asked, and used the same old brakes! I couldn’t believe the cost, which came to around $725 w/discount , for less work than I was quoted at another dealership. Never again Roseville!!! More
Well, They had the vehicle for 9 days. When we returned from being out of the Country, the vehicle wasn't ready. They did it it completed the following day. We picked up the vehicle and one of issues was not completed (or so t was thought) the vehicle had a rear tire issue, so I took the vehicle back the next day. They discovered the tire had a sidewall leak. Not repairable, so they ordered a new tire. It's been 17 days so far and still no tire. A person called to see if we were satisfied, I explained the work had not been completed. An email was sent by the person to find out what was going on, I was cc'd on the email that was the 20th of August. No one has responded to date. In the meantime, we are running on the spare tire, so, if we get a flat we are out of luck. More
