I completed the early check in process and arrived on time for my appointment. however, my appointment was not on their paper list of appointments. no one could explain this and I didn't get checked in for 30 minutes after my appointed time. they made it seem as though it was my error but they would permit allowing my car to be serviced. 2 hours AFTER my appointment I received an email for early check in! They had my Jeep for over three weeks because a part was back ordered.at the two week mark they knew the part had shipped but told me they couldn’t get any tracking information. When they got the part, they didn’t give my Jeep any priority, they just kind of out it back in line to wait it’s turn. I have a 2014 Jeep and the engine failed while I was traveling through Sacramento. I had it towed to Autonation Jeep in Roseville. After an engine inspection it was determined that I need a new engine traveling through Sacramento. I had it towed to Autonation Jeep in Roseville. Anyone who has a Jeep and needs repair I recommend taking it to AutoNation, even for an oil change. More
Took in my vehicle for a squeaking noise for the second time. The first time they did not hear the squeak. After a test drive and trying to convince the technician it wasn't the brakes he finally heard the time. The first time they did not hear the squeak. Poor service, difficult to reach for updates. On hold for over a hour to speak with someone. Don the service rep was responsive and always got back to me. The phone system sucks, understaffed.
