Will not be returning for service there. Dropped off my jeep, asked specifically for my AC actuator door motor to be replaced. Quoted $269.00 Later called and quoted $637.00 Showed up and it was now $690.00 Charged $269. To inspect my AC and then to replace the part I asked to change. Furthermore when I arrived to pay my bill and pick up my jeep, I swiped my Golden 1 card, saw the card machine say approved and the lady at the counter said it was declined. Asked if I could do another form of payment. During the 1.5 hours I was there, I showed the lady on my golden 1 app. That they charged me $690. and it did not decline. I had my bank on speaker phone and my bank confirmed that I was charged and the funds did clear my account. The cashier kept saying "well I can't see it on my end". The manager couldn't figure put what to do to fix it. Plus I paid an additional $300. Cash at first, so now she had $937. Of my dollars, but I had gotten a hold of my keys prior. She asked my if she could have the keys back and hurried up to tell the manager that I did have my key. I had to tell her, I wasn't leaving or running out. I told them that they owe me $300. From a working class paying customer, father, grandfather, tax paying, employees, home over, husband, they treated me like a fraud. From my perspective, you charged me, the transaction approved on my end as the machine said approved, my phone alerted me the transaction approved, and My bank verified the transaction, so why look me in the face and lie. They tried to say it was pending, then said they canceled transaction, and my bank said NO, it was charged so I felt robbed. I'm offended, and unsatisfied with the service I received. Just paid $2200. 4 months prior and they just worked on my AC which was now having another problem. More
Great service and friendly personnel. The personnel made me feel valued as a customer, and they explained thoroughly what the service performed entailed. The personnel made me feel valued as a customer, and they explained thoroughly what the service performed entailed. More

Ever since I've had the pleasure of Kerry Saunderson as a Serice Advisor my experience at Auto Nation Jeep has been a positive one. He listens and follows through. Serice Advisor my experience at Auto Nation Jeep has been a positive one. He listens and follows through. More

It doesn't even give you a voicemail, just sends you in a loop back through the phone tree. One time I finally selected sales and a sales guy walked down to service to make sure someone was there to take my call and then transferred me and they still didn't answer. On the third or 4th time calling i managed to talk to someone and they told me appointments were over a month out but for what I needed I could "drop in". Then a couple days later I get an email reminding me of my "upcoming appointment". I have no idea when or how that was made but I changed my plans to be there. The service guy was nice enough and they technically did what I needed done. However it would be nice if they would have checked my tire pressure and topped off window washer fluid and stuff like that. Everywhere else I've been has always done those things as part of an oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pick it up I was sent to the cashier. Nobody reviewed what they did or what they found or anything. The cashier then handed me my keys and asked if I saw my jeep out front. I told her I did not and she said "its gotta be out there somewhere" I wondered around outside for a bout 10min pressing the lock button hoping to hear it honk but didn't find it. Finally a sales guy saw me and apologized and took my keys and went to find it. 10min later a lot porter came driving my jeep from behind the dealership. All in all I am temped to just pay for service at my usual shop next time rather than use these "free" services included in my purchase. More
