The employees I've dealt with seem ok, but the results of the service were not. I had a problem with my wrangler front end (death wobble and wandering) and I have a very extensive warranty so it should have the service were not. I had a problem with my wrangler front end (death wobble and wandering) and I have a very extensive warranty so it should have been a breeze to fix with only one visit due to the fact that I gave very detailed information on the issues it was having. I wound up paying a different place to do my alignment, bought an aftermarket steering stabilizer, and still had to return to have the wandering problem fixed. After my 3rd appointment at the service center, the problem appeared to be repaired, but I still had to return because the technician left my steering wheel about 20 degrees out of alignment. I dropped the vehicle off for a 4th time and picked up the following day. All seems to be fixed, but now there's a clunking noise coming from the steering column when I turn the wheel. I guess I'll just have to live with that unless I want to trust the workers there to mess with my vehicle again which I do not. I do not recommend having service done there. More
The local dealership closer to me was not a good experience. Roseville Jeep was able to change out my lights without an appointment and the wait was not long at all. They also gave me a discount. Also, I wasn’t told I need this that or the other. I do not what to be closed for more money than I need to spend. Greg in service was excellent and a pleasure to work with and he’s honest. I went back a second week for tires. My car drives like it’s brand new. I also called two other Tire Chains and Roseville Jeep came in lowest. Last, I thought for sure Greg would say I need new brake pads. No. He said you can drive another 5-8000 miles before they need to be changed out. Great experience. More
I received excellent customer service from AutoNation. They were able to provide service for my van when it was not drivable even though they were a month behind in their service requests. I received a thorough evaluation of the critical problem and also other recommended and suggested repairs which needed done. They were very prompt in doing the work after I authorized it and prompt to notify when the repair was complete. I will most definitely bring it back to them for the other service needs. More
I waited a month for my WAITING appointment. I show up first thing in the morning and after waiting 30-40mins I'm asked if I have a ride because it won't be ready until 3pm. I've already taken the day of work for this WAITING appt so after I scramble up a ride and wait all day I get a call around 3:30p saying they haven't even touched my car-the same car that they took to the back in the morning before I even left the premises. So now not only am I down a days wages, but I still don't have my vehicle and Don H, the service tech expected me to 1) pay him HUNDREDS of dollars for this ridiculously unprofessional & unprepared "service" 2) He expected me to leave my car with him after telling me verbatim he "hasn't touched it". Why would I pay for such a lack in service & disregard for my time? I lost a days wages while you got paid today to keep my car for nothing-YOU'RE WELCOME! It won't happen again, not on MY dime. More
I’ve been bringing my under warranty truck for the same problem at least 4 times to this dealership, but the problem is still not repaired. Every time I picked up my car I was told the issue is fixed but it’s not. I’ve been asking them for a rental while they kept my truck for the repairs but they never let me have one nor offered me one like other Dodge dealers did. Also I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to find out when my truck is going to be fixed and ready, since I really need my truck for work and don’t have any other vehicle. Still hoping for a resolution but I can not afford to drop off my work truck for days on end with no rental. More
