I went in for a safety recall and a tire rotation. They botched the tire rotation because they didn't readjust the tire pressure on the front and rear tires. The proper psi on the Ram 1500 is different on front and back tires, and you'd think the dealership would know this and would readjust the tire pressure. But no. Warning light came on when I got less than a mile away. Seeing as how it took two hours to rotate tires in the first place despite my appointment, I can't imagine how long it would take to get back in the cue so they could fix the tire pressures they messed up. More

I have seen a token force absorb more than the eight vehicles that I could see, into an existing schedule, match and delegate resources. Identify, prioritize and initiate action to handle what couldn't be done immediately or else shift to another future appointment if required. At the end of the day it seemed like more vehicles left than came in. Now I have to figure how I will mesh seamlessly into this! More
