She addressed all my issues with my truck and then honestly explained that some issues may need to be addressed by a higher level tech during the week and therefore they would possibly need the truck for a few days. She arranged for a rental car in case I needed one. Luckily Brenda called later that same day and said the truck was repaired and ready to be picked up! Great job from the service department! More
