I made a mistake and mentioned the word "differential" when I brought my car in for it's 30,000 mile checkup. I was told that I need a "new" rear differential. How can this be when the car has only 29,0 when I brought my car in for it's 30,000 mile checkup. I was told that I need a "new" rear differential. How can this be when the car has only 29,000 miles on it. The model is a 2015 Cherokee Trail Hawk off road 4 wheel drive. A differential should last for over 100,000 miles. More

Lea did a great job determining what issues needed repaired on my truck and was able to squeeze me into their very busy schedule much sooner than originally quoted. Brenda also did a great job once I repaired on my truck and was able to squeeze me into their very busy schedule much sooner than originally quoted. Brenda also did a great job once I dropped off the truck for service on Saturday. She addressed all my issues with my truck and then honestly explained that some issues may need to be addressed by a higher level tech during the week and therefore they would possibly need the truck for a few days. She arranged for a rental car in case I needed one. Luckily Brenda called later that same day and said the truck was repaired and ready to be picked up! Great job from the service department! More
