Service department is terrible I took my jeep in for and an oil change and tire rotation, and one week later at 9500 miles, i have a check engine light. I make an appointment for 5:00pm, and when i get there, nobody greets me, or provides any guidance. I walk up to someone and they give me a hard time asking me who i am meeting with, after i tell him the persons name, they don't go get the service adviser, they just point me in a general direction. Fine, no biggy, i walk to an empty office and wait outside for the service adviser. When he finally arrives, he tells me the techs are gone and i should drop the vehicle off tomorrow morning. Well what's the point of even offering appointments at 5? To top it off, chrysler does not offer loaner vehicles for warranty service. I will never go to autonation again, nor will i purchase another chrysler make. Also, if it matters to you, the service waiting area is small, cramped, stinky and dirty. There was a cup of spilled coffee on the side table in the waiting room, nobody cleaned it up. Just over all terrible experience. More

Finally had a great experience looking for a new car. My wife and I wanted to buy or lease a new car. We currently have a 2006 Jeep Liberty and although we have had no problems with this car, we wanted to My wife and I wanted to buy or lease a new car. So we decided we would go a Jeep dealership first as a courtesy or loyalty even though my eye was set on a Toyota Roadrunner. We went to Auto nation in Pembroke Pines, FL. We were greeted by Mitchell Gross. I was expecting the usual pressure sales pitch which has happened to us in the past. To my surprise he asked me what made me come to Auto Nation and after I explained about my back his main concern was to try any and all cars to see what was the most comfortable for me before we would even talk price , style, color etc... We took several cars out and went over the speed bumps. It was hot out that day. He placed us in a car and while running the air conditioner he ran back and forth getting keys for me to test other cars. He was down to earth, not pushy but concerned for my well being. I told him he was the first dealership we visited and I wanted to visit Toyota to compare cars and pricing. I was shocked when he said he understood and would be here if I needed anything else. I was expecting the pressure that I encountered with previous car searching. As we talked more and more and exchanged stories of family and new York he grew on us and the end result of this very long story is, we got a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Great Car - OK Service I met Matthew and after heavy contemplating, being that I was only there for an inquiry; I ended up purchasing the 2014 Dodge Charger at a great price I met Matthew and after heavy contemplating, being that I was only there for an inquiry; I ended up purchasing the 2014 Dodge Charger at a great price/deal. Matthew was very friendly. Although, I rated my overall experience and Matthew's customer service as ok because I think he was overwhelmed with getting even more sales, his attention was swayed. He didn't follow-up, but he did give me his direct line and I was able to contact him directly in order to complete my deal (i.e., window tints). I had to contact his manager Tommy only once and my needs were met eventually. Both gentlemen were pleasant and knowledgeable. I am now completely happy and I would still recommend this establishment to whom ever I meet since they had also taken care of the maintenance on the Dodge Charger that I traded in as well. More

Tricks, fees, broken vehicles and lies I don't know how business's like this can exist when there are so many dealerships in the area. It was lies right from the start. Our own fault for sticking around for so many hrs just to get screwed so bad at closing, that we had to call off the deal from hidden fees and lies about them. It's illegal to advertise one price and then try to slip in $700 dealer fees. Telling us they are legal and tax related. Putting your finger over them like I won't look. ask them to remove expensive extras only to have them keep popping up in later drafts with said finger trying to cover them They thought they'd wear us down having us sit there and sit there late into the night 11:30 and then just throw forms at us with more and more fees. We kept the documents we'll be sending them to the proper authorities. More

First of all!! one diesel mechanic only, and a to top it off CROOKED!!!! Second, never was told, by Terri of the one mechanic issue, and had to leave my truck there an extra day to service, which meant no off CROOKED!!!! Third, when returning my truck the water in the fuel light was on, answered from Terri needed to replace the filter! Again when truck was dropped off the light was not on! Fourth, When I returned a couple of weeks to service my truck again, to replace the Batteries, decided to replace the fuel filter. Terri called me back saying that the filter was replaced, but that the light was not going off, and that the mechanic had done a fuel diagnostic on my truck and found that I had water in the fuel tank, which it was impossible for that to be true at that moment! cost to repair 1500 dollars including new batteries, fuel filter, and dropping fuel tank to clean!! Spoke to Terry saying that there was something wrong, and that this was not true, to please help me out! her response, I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE THIS WITH YOU NO MORE, IT IS WHAT IT IS! Decided to go and talk to STEVE KOPECY CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER ,which was already aware of the situation, obviously he was warned that I was coming to see him. Steve showed me a bottle water with a sample of my fuel in it, and obviously with water in it too, explaining that, that water was from my truck. So I begged STEVE to help me out there with the cost of such repair, that I couldn't afford, he was able to bring down the cost to 1050 dollars. which I agreed too, and obviously had to leave truck there once again! The next day no answer from Steve all day, when he called me like around 6:30 pm to tell me that they did three more fuel analysis on my truck, and found that there was actually no water in my fuel tank, that the water found was actually already in the water bottle, that the mechanic had used!!! That he was disappointed in the Mechanic for doing such. The next day Steve offered me a rented car to accommodate me, and the truck was returned the day after, at a cost of 481.85 working properly and no light on! I would recommend for you guys to replace the Diesel Mechanic, and Terri Nutting Service Advisor for dishonest and Crooked behavior, until such action I would not ever return to your dealer, and never recommend your services to anybody. For the headache and pain they caused me! There has to be a law for such crooked actions and corruptness. Thank you Javier De Los Rios More
