WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have purchased over a dozen vehicles throughout my lifetime and this by far has been the Worst Experience Ever!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The entire staf I have purchased over a dozen vehicles throughout my lifetime and this by far has been the Worst Experience Ever!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The entire staff are lowlife jerks, typical screw you over group of individuals. This dealership is a complete joke - Look at their reviews consistent negative reviews. Bought a brand new 2019 Jeep Wrangler that I custom ordered . Our sales person was pleasant however in the end she was just the polite salesperson running as much interference as possible with little to no success with a staff that is worthless. After I purchased the Jeep I noticed a few minor issues (1) TPMS not installed or trained to the vehicle and (2) I noticed some minor inexpensive parts that I custom ordered that I paid for that were not installed. I drove 4 hours to their dealer because of the salesperson who was very polite however it turned out to be a mistake. I made several phone calls to the service department, salesperson, management (GM) with not even a single phone call back. I have not taken the vehicle back personally because it is a 4 hour drive and have been asking for them to simply coordinate with a sister nearby dealer. I took it to a local nearby dealer however the labor would be an excessive cost just to inspect the vehicle. The salesperson tells me the service department will be calling however keep me waiting without any communication of what was really going on. After an extensive wait and not hearing anything on the status I email and leave messages with the front desk with not a single call back from service or the General Manager. Would you believe that the Service Manager Joshua Mills doesn't even have a voicemail setup at all. I guess customer service is not a top priority or any priority based on their dealer reviews. Service Department is unprofessional and simply incompetent with lack of any care or compassion. This is a simple resolution that likely would just be some labor and parts that I already paid for. I guess my only avenue to resolve will be small claims court, why should it even come to this for some basic and simple resolution. What does that tell you about the dealership, their leadership and their employees. Worst car buying experience ever. One bad experience and now people will hear my story and all about how AutoNation really feels about their customers. It's clear they just want your money and will tell you what you want to hear to get that dollar out of you. There are others that were involved in this experience that I didn't mention however the entire experience was horrible. The only positive experience came from the low man on the Totem Pole, our sales person!! Will never be back and will never spend another dollar with AutoNation or any of their affiliates for the rest of my life. This dealership is unprofessional and just cares about one thing. Taking your money and Moving cars! Very Sad! Would really like to speak to an Executive Level person at AutoNation Corp but highly doubt that will happen. More

Steer clear!! I came here because of the reviews and the " No Haggle" pricing. IT'S ALL FAKE! This place has to be paying for reviews. I visited this dealership and right of the back I said, I like it here... there was no pressure to buy and everything was going smoothly, until it was time to get to business. I have PERFECT CREDIT and when they ran my credit they tired to give me a interest rate of 5.99% and it was alot of fees added into the price out of nowhere. I told them I was not paying that interest rate or the fees. So when the sales person came back he had an interest rate of 3.49%, the price of the vehicle, the $799 dealer fee and $ 599 certified preowned fee. Really autonation a preowned fee?? O and did I mention I live out of state and drove over eight hundred miles to get to this place?? They also wanted me to pay taxes on the vehicle for TTL at their dealership and I didn't feel comfortable doing that because I know I had to pay ttl to my DMV when I registered the vehicle. By this time the salesman through me off on some finance guy named Deante. Deante needs to be trained or fired! I told Deante I didn't mind paying the extremely high dealer fee, but I wasn't going to pay him over $3500.00 in taxes because his number wasn't right and I didn't feel comfortable paying that. Deante told me if I didn't pay the certified preowned fee and taxes on the vehicle there was no deal. I then told him I would go through my bank instead of going through them because something wasn't right and my interest rate with my bank was wayyy better. At this point I was still willing to buy the vehicle amist all the xx. I just told him to send the paperwork over to my banker and they would handle the process for me. Deante refused to send the paperwork to my banker caught an attitude and told me he would give me a call when he spoke to his manager. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK AND WHEN I CALLED HIM TWICE HE SENT ME TO VOICEMAIL. So I called my banker and read her off the numbers I had for the TTL and she was livid!! She told me in her exact words "wow, they were about to make a xxxx load of money off of you on those taxes they are totally off by hundreds of dollars" then she said "do they even have a title? I bet they dont.. you dodged a bullet, you were going to pay them taxes and was never going to receive your title on time and would get swamped with DMV fees after 30 days. And more then likely they wouldn't turn the money over that you paid on taxes and you would have to pay taxes again". Boy was she right!!! The Manager contacted me and asked did I still want the vehicle his name was Orlan. He was a nice guy,but everytime I asked him about the title I never received a straight answer. All of this went on for an entire week. I just gave up and drove home without a vehicle because it just wasn't worth the hassle. When I made it home. I finally received a text from I don't know who saying they have sent over everything to my bank except the title because they dont have it on hand at the moment. HA!! Safe to say I never looked back. Beware of this place!! More

They kept it for three days, didn't provide me with a car, and when I went to pick the car up, the USB port still didn't work. They asked me to wait 10 minutes, and it worked after that, but it turns out they replaced my radio and killed my SiriusXM radio subscription in the process. Fast forward to yesterday. I called them for two hours, nobody answered the phone in the service department. I finally got through around 10:30am, and my service advisor, Eric said he would call me and let me know what was wrong with my Jeep. He didn't call me, and I spent about an hour on hold at the end of the day only to find out they hadn't worked on my Jeep at all. They were supposed to diagnose the issue today and get in touch with me, but not surprisingly, nobody has contacted me. More

The service department is the worst I have ever experienced. April 2018, I took my Dodge Challenger, because my vehicle won’t start. I informed the service advisor that I had just purchased a new battery at the end of March 2018. The service technician stated that my battery was dead, because the vehicle was not started in ten days. I told the service technician that the alternator or starter is draining my battery. I told him that it is no way possible that a battery will die due to a vehicle not being started in 10 days. The service technician charged my battery and annotated on the service sheet that my battery was good. On 25 Jun 2018, I attempted to start my vehicle; but the vehicle won’t start. On 2 Jul 2018, I took my vehicle back to the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Pembroke Pines, because it won’t start. The service technician connected my vehicle to a machine and the machine indicated that my vehicle needed a new battery. Josh, the service manager, and Daniel, service director told me that I had to purchase another battery before the service technician can run additional diagnostics on my vehicle. I’m really confused. Back in April 2018, I told the service manager, the service technician, and the service advisor that the starter or alternator is draining my battery. Why would I purchase another battery when the issue is not the battery or for the alternator or starter to drain the battery? There are some incompetence people that work at this facility. Stay away for this place. This is far the worst customer service I have experienced or seen. More

The fact that it took 2 1/2 days to get a diagnosis on the car is not acceptable. Parts need to be ordered that's another couple of days. Then, the time it takes to do the repair. However, on a positive note, after the 2nd day, I came in contact with another advisor, Melissa, who was very helpful and handled my problem immediately. More

I took my car to have an oil leak checked, after $650, a repair was done. I did not use my car for a week, and when I started using the airbag light comes up, and the oil leak. Take back to the dealer, they said they will check, Service Director provided a loaner. I called many many times, to find out what happened to my car, because NO ONE provided feedback, IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO "FIX" (I HOPE IS DONE) a part that cost $5.80, but since I have extended warranty I paid $150. BUT THE INTERESTING FACT IS THAT THEY DID NOT CALL ME WHEN "IT WAS READY" I CALLED THEM SO MANY TIMES THAT THE SERVICE REP TOLD ME TO GO PICK IT UP. I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS (APPROX) TO GET MY CAR, AS SOON AS I GET INTO MY CAR, GUESS WHAT??? THE AIRBAG LIGHT WAS STILL ON!!!! Director of Service, Michael, wasn't not please and provided assistance, (KUDOS TO HIM) told me to leave the car and gave me the loaner back. After 3.5 weeks of my car being in their possession, my car was delivered yesterday. TO MY SURPRISE, WHEN I DROVE AT NIGHT THE HEADLIGHTS DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, BUT THEY WERE BEFORE I TOOK MY CAR TO THIS PLACE. ON MY WAY THERE TODAY AGAIN... LET'S SEE HOW LONG ARE THEY WILL TAKE THIS TIME. I WILL APPRECIATE A CALL FROM THE HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS PLACE AS WELL AS BROWARD DIRECTOR OF SERVICE. More
