Must say, this dealership has improved. Speedy check-in, and attended to immediately. Only issues were: Asked for my tires to be rotated but they were not. On Nov/20th/2023 I dropped my Jeep Cherokee 2020 to this service department and This manager, Alberto in service is stringing me along with lies . He told me three times in one week that my vehicle will be service department and This manager, Alberto in service is stringing me along with lies . He told me three times in one week that my vehicle will be diagnosed while is in holding in there service department and still no diagnostic yet.. it’s going on two weeks and im being charged for a rental out of my own pocket because this particular dealer doesn’t provide loaner vehicle even tho I have purchased there platinum vehicle coverage package I’m highly upset and dissatisfied.. I keep coming back to this dealership because regardless of the painful process that buying a new car is, these guys make it bearable...lol.
