Horrible service at the service department. Made an appointment for 8:30am to check out engine light - code was for a malfunctioning oil pressure sensor. For my car, the standard time to complete the repair is 2 hours. Throw in another hour for diagnosis (which I already provided, but got to let them do their own)...a total of 3 hours. At the end of the 2nd day of not hearing from them, spent about an hour trying to get in touch with them...emails, texts, phone calls. Got hung up on 3 times, transfered to a voice mail that was full and not taking any more messages, and then waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I finally got the information at 6:30pm (they close at 7) that the repair was finished. Too late to get there and pick it up. This is the 3rd service there and each time it is something like this...work is good but the customer service aspect is horrible. At my work, if I treated customers or other people like this, I would be fired instantly. More

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator in November 2021 and shipped it to the Virgin Islands. The Jeep has less than 1,000 miles and it had to go straight to the dealership here. We went back the following day and met Stan Morton. He was excellent in making sure the purchase and shipping went smoothly. I called Stan when I picked the truck up from the dock and stated that the engine light was on. He stated it wasn't on when it was shipped. The truck shut down while driving and I drove it straight to the dealership. I'm still waiting for a part. It's a bummer to have bought a vehicle and can't drive it. More
