Very disappointed with the service received, starting with the booking that first was set to Monday Nov. 6 and arriving there the store was closed. Then, I did not received a msg that the car was ready, with the booking that first was set to Monday Nov. 6 and arriving there the store was closed. Terrible customer service, showed up on time for 11am appointment and stood there for 15 mins, nobody asked can I help you. No call after 5 hours!
